I’m updating this review after reaching out to David from Po-Zu (what a champ!). The order I placed got sent back by the courier before it even left the UK. David sorted everything out and was super helpful the whole time, keeping me in the loop. So, this 5-star rating is really for David and his awesome help in fixing my problem.

Now, about the shoes—I got them not too long ago, and they’re quite nice. I’ll need to break them in a bit more, but I’m sure they’ll feel even better as I wear them.

I placed an order for shoes at the end of May and accidentally selected the wrong size. I reached out to their customer support right away and received an automated message stating they would get back to me in about 48 hours, but that never happened. I've tried to contact them three or four times since then and keep getting the same automated reply, with no further updates! Now, as of August 19th, I'm totally done with this. It's such a letdown because the shoes are really nice, but my husband can't wear them.

I've been a fan of po-zu for several years now, and it's a bummer to have to leave a bad review. I recently bought three pairs of shoes, and when they arrived, one pair was obviously used before. I reached out to customer support to figure out what to do, but I didn't hear back. I tried emailing again, and still, no reply. Sadly, I can't keep backing po-zu if this issue isn't sorted out.

The packaging was merely a basic brown box covered in pen sketches, and the boots had glue around the sole where the boot attaches to the shoe. Honestly, I'm relieved they were discounted because they surely wouldn't have been worth the original price.

I'm really into the 'boots' I received. Honestly, they feel more like shoes than actual boots, but that's just a minor detail. I'm a fan of high-tops, which is kinda what these are, but maybe that's just an American preference. The quality is solid, and I think they look pretty sharp. Plus, they're way more comfy than I thought they'd be. I wear them a lot for work and when I'm wandering around Disney. I was kinda hoping they'd be a bit more slip-resistant on the bottoms. They seem like they'll last a good while. I'm also a fan of the materials they use to craft these... boots.

The design of the shoe is fantastic, and I really appreciate the socially responsible business approach. However, there are a couple of problems. First off, the seam at the top cuff digs into my Achilles’ tendon quite badly. Secondly, they feel a bit small and narrow to me, but that could just be my foot shape. The biggest letdown was the lack of communication from customer service. I reached out months ago about returning the shoes because of the issues mentioned, but I never heard back. I really like your company, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed with this purchase.

These boots are pretty nice and seem well constructed, but they don’t match what was shown in the listing. I reached out via email about this issue, but it’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t heard back. I’ll still wear them since they’re comfy, but I’m a bit let down that they aren’t as advertised and that the customer service response has been so slow. Edit 06/07: I finally got a response saying the fastening on the back has changed, and I can return them if I want. Still, it would’ve been great to see that update reflected in the photos and description before I made my purchase!

I picked up a couple of pairs of boots back in March. They showed up fast and looked really sharp. Sadly, they didn’t fit right and just weren’t my style, so I sent them back. I got the boots on sale, and I was okay with covering the return shipping because I’d rather see the shoes go to someone who could use them instead of just collecting dust. I had a tracking number that indicated it was delivered and accepted on March 21st. I waited patiently for over a month, but I didn’t hear a peep from the company or get my refund. I shot an email on May 1st and was informed they had switched warehouses, so my boots were likely at the old location and they’d look for them. Now, it’s been another month and still no word or refund. Update: After I posted my review, I got a quick reply and the issue was sorted out fast. Big thanks to David.

I've been a dedicated customer for a few years now and never faced any significant issues; items have always appeared nice and delivery was quick (that's why I'm not slapping a 1-star rating on this). But my recent experience with the Opal, Vegea shoes has me second-guessing my loyalty to this brand. Less than half a year in, the sole completely came off, likely due to poor attachment during production. Given this company's strong commitment to sustainability, I would have thought they'd offer repair options, recycling, or even a refund. Yet, after reaching out twice, I've heard nothing back. I'm really let down and would suggest steering clear of this product and the brand, unless you're absolutely sure their items are up to par.

I picked up a couple of pairs of slippers for me and my family during the sale. Delivery was super fast, and the packaging was done right. These slippers are top-notch and feel really solid.

After discovering my actual size, I was really impressed by the quality of these products. They fit comfortably and suit my wide toe shape without feeling cramped. I'm super glad to have come across these leather shoes since I've struggled with my foot shape before.

Communication with customers has been lacking (still ongoing).

Back in March, I returned two pairs of shoes since they were too narrow for my feet. I got proof of postage and can see that the returns were accepted at the provided address, but I haven't heard a peep about whether my refund is on the way. The automated reply for inquiries says there’s a 48-hour turnaround, but since I emailed on 18/05, I’ve received nada. This is my only shot at getting a response. I might not even qualify for a refund, but I reckon I deserve some kind of written confirmation.

I’m really pleased with the two pairs of PoZu boots I bought recently. They’re just what I needed, and I’m super happy to have them. I just hope they restock the other color before September rolls around. Thanks a bunch!

Felt soft right from the start. Usually, I wear an 8, sometimes a 7.5, so I chose a 38, but they’re still a tad loose. I might try a 37 next time. Not too shabby, but we’ll see how they hold up. Super cute, would definitely purchase again. Shipping was quick.
